Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if Superior Social Boost fails to deliver your order. If your order is delivered on time and as expected, no refund will be given. Refunds are not available once an order has been processed and is in queue.

Superior Social Boost may retain customer information for purposes such as membership, campaigns, error notifications, and partnerships. Customer data will not be shared with third-party entities, except for co-partners for statistical or business development purposes. All client data is protected, and unauthorized access by third parties is prohibited.
Payment and Security
Superior Social Boost accepts payments via Mpesa or credit cards, secured through SSL and 3D Secure systems.Superior Social Boost supports Mpesa, Visa and Mastercard. Superior Social Boost employees do not have access to customer credit card details.
